These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dig For Ideas ("the Service"), operated by Dig For Ideas ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Dig For Ideas is an AI-powered market research tool that helps users discover product ideas, analyze markets, and validate business opportunities. The Service provides research reports generated using artificial intelligence.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to run research queries.

  • New accounts receive free credits to try the Service
  • Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute research outputs as a competing service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Dig For Ideas. Research reports generated through the Service are provided for your personal or business use. You may use, share, and act on the research outputs, but you may not resell them as a standalone research service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Research reports are generated using AI and should be treated as a starting point, not a definitive source. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any information before making business decisions based on it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dig For Ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon account termination for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dig For Ideas operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
